Health Insurance Scheme:- You will be covered under a Health Insurance Scheme as per company policy for reimbursement of hospitalization expenses for yourself, spouse, dependent children and your parents’ up to a maximum of 6 members in the family. Please refer to the Policy for further details. |
Accident Insurance Scheme:- You are also covered under the Group Accident Insurance scheme which has a coverage of Rs 10,00,000 pa. |

Employee Gift Scheme:- You will be entitled to a gift from the company on the occasion of your birthday and on the occasion of Diwali. The value of these will be up to Rs 5000/- per annum. You will also be entitled to a company gift of Rs. 5000/- on the occasion of your marriage. |
Lunch on Premises:- You will be provided with Lunch on the Company premises. |
Executive Medical Check-up:- Employees above the age of 40 are listed for a medical check up paid by the organization. |
Employee Gratuity:- Every employee is entitled to gratuity as per the Gratuity Act of India. On completion of 5 successful years of service with the organization, the employee becomes eligible to receive gratuity. Gratuity is paid to the employee on his/her latest basic salary. |
